Association of Nepalese Lawyers (Law Students, Academicians, Attorneys and Advocates) in the United States (ANLUS) aims at conservation, development and modernization of our Nepalese Legal System through its own resources viz. law students, law academics and lawyers from Nepal and practicing Nepali attorneys in the US. ["Lawyers" shall also mean Law Students, Academicians, Attorneys and Advocates or any one of Nepalese origin or association who is engaged in the field of law). The term "Nepali Lawyer" should not be interpreted as misleading in terms of meaning "an attorney in the US"]. I am practicing in Supreme Court of India at New Delhi. I want to start Legal Process Outsorucing with my Indian colleagues. If any Nepali Origin Lawyers in US are ready to work with me as a collaberation, I invite them to contact me on my email or Mobile number. Lets start up with small contract. Originally, I am a Nepalese (Village- Tungechha, Dingla, Dist. Bhojpur, Nepal). My cousin brother Sh. Khagendra Chapagain is practicing Cardiologist (Green Card Holder) in US since 1993. His brother Sh. Bhuban Chapagain is also residing in US. Indian people are very much talented and ask very few dollar payment. Due to recession, litigation is bound to increase in US. We can get as many contract if high quality and low price is maintained. Outsourcing can be done in Nepal also, but we can not find talent in Nepal. So, I am thinking to start up the business, but I needs some representative in US. Lets stat up collaboration. It is open proposal to any one Nepali Origin Advocates practicing in US.
