Dr. Surendra Bhandari is an Executive Director Law Associates Nepal (LAN). Dr. Bhandari is a well known constitutional lawyer in Nepal. Bhandari, a postdoctoral fellow at UNU-IAS, also contributed to the Sustainable Development Government Program’s research agenda. He has worked for Jurist & Company (Pvt) Ltd, Kathmandu, Nepal as a Lawyer Internee in 2006 where he assisted in preparing preliminary briefs of legal documents and a research assistant in the national and international legal issues. He has also worked as a student assistant at Gordon Schaber Law Library, McGeorge School of Law and as a researcher in Juvenile Justice System in Nepal, Kathmandu School of Law, 2001.
