New York Bar Exam is scheduled for February 23-24. The application fee for the New York State bar examination is $250. Application deadline is November 30. While the Board does not set a specific date for the release of bar exam results, historically results from the July examination are released in mid-November, and the results of the February examination are released in mid-May. The Supreme Court (SC) Thursday scrapped the appointments made by the Constitutional Council (CC) in various constitutional bodies in April this year.
A full bench of justices comprising Top Bahadur Magar, Sahid Ali Ansari and Krishna Prasad Upadhyaya scrapped the appointments of the commissioners in the Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA), the Election Commission (EC), Public Service Commission (PSC) and the Auditor General (AG).
